Syrenis Ltd. was established in 1999. We launched SMART in 2002. Our customers include central ministerial government departments both here in the UK and abroad, along with private organisations and national charities. We support thousands of users over different time zones and we are pleased that our clients consider us their partner in stakeholder management not just a supplier of platforms.

In 2015 we launched SMART Lite. A fully functional light version of SMART designed for smaller organisations (supporting up to 100 thousand stakeholders) so that they can take advantage of the seamless integration and efficiencies SMART brings to stakeholder management.

ISO Certification

We are certified to ISO standards, 27001 (information security), 9001 (quality management) and 14001 (environmental performance).


All data is held within our ISO 27001 certified data centres which include state of the art Firewalls, and all database activity is recorded.


Your data is backed up continuously and secure off-site backups are taken each week as part of our disaster recovery plan.
